About our service

Where a business is facing financial difficulty or insolvency we may be able to assist if action is taken early enough.

Firstly we carry out a turnaround review, a face to face discussion on your goals short and long term, staff structure, your future order book and finally review your accounting records. We then come up with a rescue package which we consider long term will benefit your company.

Business rescue is TEAMWORK. The challenge is to devise a strategy that is achievable by the rescue team for both the creditors and the company. Our strong relations with and understanding of the creditors likely to be in a recovery case is crucial. This means government departments, banks, asset companies, trading creditors and investors. Business rescue can be achieved in a number of ways with the team working closely together.

The process usually involves a combination of the following

  • Stabilisation

  • Refinancing

  • Financial restructuring

  • Operational turnaround

We may recommend a company voluntary arrangement CVA which is an opportunity for a limited company to request time to pay back those they owe money to over a longer period of time. This will involve an agreement to reduce the amount of money paid back and has to be agreed by 75% usually the major creditors.

Key Benefits:

  • The Company continues to trade under the control of the Company Direct

  • Court protection can be obtained whilst the CVA proposal is considered and agreed by the creditors

  • Deferral of payments will ease Cash Flow pressure

  • Repayment structure of the CVA is flexible

If a company has a viable future but is being dragged back by historical debt and the pressure of today’s cash flow then a CVA may be the solution but needs to be achievable and managed with great care. The business owners and managers input are crucial along side the professionals and key financial stakeholders.

Remember YOU are still in control and its still YOUR business

If you are not incorporated an Individual Voluntary Arrangement IVA can be considered

Should we not be able to assist as the contact has been made too late, we will put you in contact with a local licensed insolvency practitioner who will organise the relevant procedures.
